After Orašje and Herceg Novi, the third two-day Implementation Workshop, organised by the Managing Authority and the Joint Secretariat of the Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Croatia-Bosnia and Herzegovina-Montenegro 2014-2020, was held in Zadar for project partners participating in projects contracted within the framework of the 1st Call for Proposals. Around 60 participants attended the event.
Key aspects of project implementation were presented to the participants such as reporting obligations, reporting in eMS, financial management of the project, project modifications, visibility guidelines, public procurement and first level control as defined in the Project Implementation Manual followed by Q&A sessions.
